Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Philadelphia follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I have purchased Tiffany cakes, cupcakes, and cookies for years. I absolutely love their classic strawberry short cake and always buy it for love ones for their birthdays. I purchased a strawberry short cake at the manayunk location on Thursday 08/20/2026 at approximately 4pm for $49. Immediately brought it home refrigerated it and sang happy birthday to my daughter that evening. There was about 75% of the cake left which I refrigerated. I went in today 8/23/2026 (not even 72 hours later) to get a piece of cake and the entire top is molded. I called the manayunk location at approximately 245pm which the recording stated it was closed however, the Google store hours stated that it closes at 4pm. I then reached out to the center city location in which I was told the cake only last for 24hrs due to the ingredients. I asked where was that disclosed on the website or in the store and was told βidkβ. This is completely ridiculous for the price and timeframe for this cake to be molded. I am beyond upset and disappointed. There is nowhere that discloses βmust be eaten within 24 hoursβ.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Tiffany's Bakery. I ordered a lemonade, and after taking a few sips, I realized it was extremely bitter and unpleasant. I returned to the bakery and politely explained the issue. An employee even tasted the lemonade and agreed that it was bitter. I simply asked if I could exchange it for a juice since the lemonade was undrinkable. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager loudly said in front of other customers, "So you want a free lemonade?" That was embarrassing and completely misrepresented what I was asking. I explained that I wasn't looking for anything for freeβI only wanted to be compensated for a beverage that was clearly not made properly. Ironically, the lemonade cost more than the drink I wanted to exchange it for. The manager continued arguing with me, became increasingly irritated, and insisted she couldn't make the exchange. I even asked her, "What would you do if you were in my position?" Instead of showing any empathy or concern for customer service, she continued to argue. After several minutes of unnecessary back-and-forth, she finally said, "Just take the lemonade," in a harsh and ab

It's my first time at Tiffany's Bakery. I needed an assortment of cookies and treats for a small gathering. The two young ladies at the counter/register were fantastic! They were super cordial and helpful. FYI, I just picked up a box of cookies but did not eat there. Overall it was a great experience. I will definitely be visiting again.

I had a bad experience. I liked the cupcakes, but the lady at the front desk wasnβt helpful. I asked if the red velvet or carrot cake cupcakes were nut-free and safe for school, and she said she didnβt know and would ask, but never really gave me an answer. Then she kept pushing me to order online instead of buying in store. I ordered online for next-day pickup and later found out I paid extra for everything. The 12-pack of mini cupcakes costs $17.50 in store, but online it was $21, plus an extra charge just for next-day pickup β even though the cupcakes were already available in the store. That was really frustrating. I had to pay much more than expected for my sonβs birthday cupcakes because I was pushed to order online instead of buying them directly in the store. on top of that I now review the store menus in google int says dozen of red velet cupcake is 12 $ !!! so why I was charged extra. This is INSANE

Went here for a quick sweet treat ordered the red velvet cupcake a beverage and a slice of cake. My partner loved the cake however my cupcake was on the drier side.. furthermore I ordered this to go and it was placed upside down in the bag with a piece of parchment paper over it. I would have expected for it to be in some type of container but nope dropped in the bag upside down with parchment paper itβs smushed at the top because again it was dropped in the bag upside down
